Overview: The Continuous Glucose Monitor, developed in 2001, was initially confined to medical applications. In 2020, NutriSense founders were the first to pioneer the use of CGM technology, intending to develop an AI-powered nutrition coach and enhance accessibility to a broader audience.

Challenge: There is no seamless experience that helps users choose diets based on their unique physiology to help them reduce their chances of developing metabolic disorders (like Type 2 diabetes and heart disease), shed unwanted pounds, and improve athletic performance that customers are truly satisfied with.

Objective: Research, strategize, and design end-to-end Native app experience to help users understand their body glucose and make changes to improve their diet with a focus on enhancing customer retention by 10%, addressing the encounter high abandonment rate with the first MVP, and increase user satisfaction by 20%.

Insufficient insight into user preferences, requirements, and expectations.
